    Yes Presence of seller is necessary for giving statement in front of Govt. nominated Rep. In any case if you have written agreement on Bay Naama on stamp paper of Rs 100/-. then you have to published it in three news papers including one local paper i.e Intekhab. Then after 15 days of its publishing , all paper cutting should be produced then transfer is done. Its better for you to contact C.G rep Mr. Mehmood Yaqoob , who will give you some better guidence in this regardf. I suggest you do not delay the transfer in any case.

    Dear Farhan Sb. Transfer of plot at Sangar is done on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (three days in a week). It is done mostly at DCO Gwadar office after having statement of seller. Transfer fee for 1000 sq/yd residential is 50 thousands and additional development charges is Rs 3 lac. For any more information you may contact in C.G office Karachi at foll.     Thanks Ali I want to clear one misunderstanding. that is , at Sangar there is no involvement of GDA. Infact District Management is dealing this project. DCO gwadar is its Project Director and provincial Govt. is handling the Project.

    Gwadar EPZ to have 15-year tax holiday The Pakistan government plans to soon offer a 15-year tax holiday in the proposed Export Processing Zone (EPZ) being planned near Gwadar port for local and foreign investors.     DPW may win Gwadar port deal in ‘trade-off’ DUBAI — Pakistan may scrap the normal open bidding process to hand over Gwadar port management directly to Dubai Port World in a possible trade-off, according to a top ranking government official. Waseem Haqqie, head of Pakistan’s Engineering Development Board, was quoted by Dow Jones that Pakistan might skip the open bidding process “as a favour,” shutting the door to other interested parties.

    Assalam Alaikum friends I have purchased an industrial plot in a private (with provisional NOC) scheme. After I get allocation, should I expect any letter from GDA? OR that is only for Government schemes? I am bit confused because there is no letter for private schemes from development authorities like LDA or CDA etc but I heard from a friend that in Gwadar there is going to be a letter of allocation from GDA for every plot. Is this correct? I appreciate response of any brohter. Thank you. Best regards.
